DNA will be taken and handed in at veterinary genetics laboratory

• All goods shall remain the property of seller until the client has paid the full purchase price
• Payment is to be made on receipt of invoice. In the event that the seller post an invoice, the client will be deemed to have received such invoice on the 7th day after date of invoice. Payment has to be made in internet transfer, cash or bank guaranteed cheque. The seller will charge interest at 2 % per month on all overdue accounts. The client may not withhold payment for any reason whatsoever
• The risk will pass onto the client once an animal sets foot on ground
• The client or his representative will inspect and count all animals before said animals are off-loaded. If a dispute arises regarding the numbers of animals that were offloaded, the client carries the burden to prove that the an incorrect number of animals were off-loaded
The client will ensure that he has a suitable loading ramp available to enable the seller to off-load the animals. Contact us if unsure. Please note we do not require an off loading ramp for Rhino.
• In the case where the seller has to proceed with legal action in order to recover outstanding payment, the client will be held liable for all legal costs on an attorney and client scale
• The respective addresses as reflected on the invoice will serve as the Parties domicilium citandi et executandi addresses where all legal notices and pleadings can be served on them.
• This agreement will come into existence at the place where it is signed by a representative of the seller thus accepting the client’s offer to purchase the wild animals available”.
